Overview
Custom wigs, BYOB wigs, and wig revamp orders are processed within 3-4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification when your order has shipped. Updates regarding your wig design status will be emailed to you.
Ready to Ship wigs, hair extensions, clip in bundles, ponytails, and hair care product orders are processed within 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
The wig design process start after payment is complete and your head measurements are received. Changes cannot be made to an order once payment is complete.
If your order includes a custom custom wig, wig revamp, or BYOB wig, your order including hair extensions, ponytails, clip ins, and hair care products will be shipped with your wig order.
Pre-Order items will have a ship date announced on the product page.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping: For orders $75+.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification with the tracking number you can use to check its status. Track your package here. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Info@crystalblingshair.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.

For BYOB wigs and Wig Revamp orders, you'll need to complete your purchase on our website before you send your items to us. Include your order number in your package and be sure to email your tracking information to us the day you ship your items.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Crystal Blings Hair does not offer returns or refunds. We have a 7-day exchange policy on hair care products and hair care tools, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start an exchange, you can contact us at Info@crystalblingshair.com.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Info@crystalblingshair.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
